We are a husband-and-wife team trying to start a business doing something we love, dealing in all aspects of firearms. We are a registered business in the state of GA (Anthony Nations DBA A&K Armorers). As such we are required to collect sales tax. We are a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL). This requires us to run a background check on every firearm transfer unless you have valid GA weapons carry license. We are a small service and retail start-up not a big box store. We follow all federal, state, and local laws governing our business.
